Men's Health Services
Men are statistically less likely to seek preventive care — and it shows in the health outcomes. At Gilbert Center, we're here to change that. Our men's health services are direct, judgment-free, and built around the things that actually matter to your long-term wellbeing.
Whether you're coming in for the first time in years or staying on top of your routine care, we'll meet you where you are and focus on what's most important for your health right now.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — and this is exactly why. Many serious conditions, including high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, prediabetes, and even early-stage cancers, have no symptoms in their early stages. The point of preventive care is to catch things before they become problems.
Most guidelines recommend discussing PSA screening starting at age 50 for average-risk men. If you have a family history of prostate cancer or are Black — a group with a higher risk — we'll discuss starting that conversation at 40 or 45. Screening is a shared decision; we'll talk through the benefits and limitations together.
Yes, and we encourage it. These topics are a normal part of men's health and we handle them with the same directness and respect as any other medical concern. If you're experiencing changes in energy, mood, libido, or sexual function, bring it up — there's a lot we can do.
Then this is a great time to start. We don't judge gaps in care history. We'll get a baseline picture of your health, address anything that's been on your mind, and build a plan that works for you going forward.
